Depsite its name, the Hosomaki restaurant, is a combination of traditional Japanese food, sushi, and a plant based diet. 

Everything served is well balanced in flavor and 100% organic.

Every dish is a masterpiece, perfectly crafted with colors and geometrical elements. Basically a paradise for the Instagrammers.


Tino Sum, is the owner. He is a 45 year old man, half Japanese and half Italian. 

He grew up in Naples, then left at 25 for Japan where he started studying with the masters of the Japanese cuisine.


One meal at the Hosomaki can cost up to $50. They don't serve wine, but you can bring your own bottle if you wish.


The restaurant opens every day at 12:00 a.m. and closes at 11:30 p.m. 

On Sundays, it opens at 10:00 a.m. for the brunch, which is highly recommended. It is all 100% vegan and organic, and has a fixed price of 25$.
